The Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Architectural Design is a four-year programme of 240 Credit Points. This programme aims to equip students with concepts, principles, theories, technical skills relating to urban planning and the design of architecture. You will be equipped with architectural knowledge consisting of integrated system of concepts, theories, technical data and skills relating to the design and practice of architecture. In addition, this programme is designed to provide students with a sound grasp of problem-solving techniques to be able to synthesize and apply this knowledge in the planning and design socioeconomic residential cities.
